As moms, we already have a laundry list of things to do. Adding a healthier lifestyle to the list can seem so big it’s undoubtedly overwhelming. There are just so many components to this lifestyle, such as exercising more, breathing through the stress, getting down to a certain size, and the list goes on. We are expected to maintain everything we already do PLUS start this new task (one that seems to require so much from us), so we don’t bother at all. We give up before we even get started.
